    Review:

The track pad is apparently terrible and it comes with a tonne of crap freeware, better even to do a fresh install.

Also no HDMI out, but thats a smaller thing.
No your research before taking the plunge with this one.

Off topic I know but which reasonably priced model would you suggest instead?

I don't really have any personal experience with netbooks, but the Samsung N210 seems to come up in alot of top 10's.

Most of them will come with loads of extra software you will never use, so it important to get rid of it.

The only complaints about the OP's one is the very high gloss screen and cover, along with the bad track-pad (better off using a wireless mouse mabey)

Trackpad seems fine on mine, multitouch too, edges could be a bit more defined to help scrolling

Uninstalled mcafee and some toolbars, no different than most laptops with the extra software

8-bit screen which is good, 6 cell battery so battery life should be around 6 hours with normal use, bit plasticy but nice flat profile

Comes with win 7 starter and Android which sets itself up from windows

interested in one of these..is it deffo a pricing error..still shows up at that price on the website, just no stock..hoping it will remain at that price when new stock arrives on monday.

I think that the netbook in every store suddenly going out of stock in less than 2 days might tip them off.

But it might be like that Samsung TV from a few weeks back and stay that price for a while, you never know.

    Just reserved 3! :)
Unless you're actually gonna buy all 3 that's really unfair on everyone else.

    It is what it's.

Picked the last one up in liffey valley this morning for €225. Asked about buying another and was told the price will most likely go up and they wouldnt have stock untill tuesday.

I made a reservation eitherways so ill offer it to someone here if they end up stuck

Do you think the price will go up with new stock or should current reservations be honored??

reservation doesn't reserve the price, if the price goes up on reserved item you'd have to pay more
