    Oh Yeah.

    Saturday.

    170/180/190 wasn't happy with the warm ups so opened low. 2 minutes max between attempts was not fun.

    80/85/90 hit 80 three times in the warm up cause i was bored

    One Armed Snatches......

    210/225/235 we both warmed up way too early for this, 140 x 3 felt heavy tbh, head was melted at this stage.

    i doubt 235 would have passed in comp, i did a weird shuffle at lock out for some reason. I havn't a notion what i'd pull fresh... could well be over 240

    Twas grand sure.

    I can't even begin to explain how much i didn't want to do this.

    I simply can't get my head around fapping about with this kind of weight, and it makes it hard, or hard not to fall asleep i'm not sure which.
