The game that got me into online gaming, only stopped playing it in matches recently, so many awesome custom maps for it too.
Most/A lot of which have been since recreated in COD2, COD4 etc as they were such quality maps.
As DCully says, thats the multiplayer map "Bridge" ...1 team spawns either side, bomb is under middle arch..ahh memories 0 -
