Very hard to pick only one game, but really for me anyway it has to be Quake, in particular...



Purely because I spent hours upon hours in multiplayer online and on private lans playing it, huge amounts of easy fun. For about a year or so in my last job we had a private LAN going in the evenings playing just this game. Security had to clear us out of the building every night and everyone was praising the IT lads for working long hours every single evening for months on end...oh if only they knew
