A Google car just went past my house like 20 minutes ago!! yay

My brother saw it go up the road (there's a dead end up there) so I got my camera out

Just thinking...was it going slowly or at normal speed??

I only saw it on my road and it seemed to be going normal speed, but then again it's just a little road around an estate...you wouldn't be going fast anyway

I live in the countryside/on a cul-de-sac road. Was out at my car this morning, unlocking the door while still talking to my mother, who was in her pjs at the door. Could hear a car coming up the road, was cursing "great, who am I going to be stuck behind!" Next you know it was one of those google car yokes! Ugh, hope it wasnt recording!

I saw it twice today in Balbriggan and Skerries. It came up my little cul-de-sac(not a euphemism). They are really going detailed on this, getting even small little streets.

My dad saw it up at Devils Glen, just up the road from where I live. Said it looked very bizarre, not something you expect to see. Means Wicklow must be coming soon:D Wonder has my house been done yet!

They were in the Midleton area on Thursday (on a rural road in fact), and driving a red car, just like the ones mentioned above.

I had thought they were doing urban roads only.

Still, should make up for our woeful satellite/aerial photographic coverage anyway.
