"Diana lost her voice on Tuesday and couldn't sing a note,"
Didn't need to lose her voice for that to happen

no hands action and no Diana :)

If that's that case then she should leave instead of effectively giving herself a bye into the next round. Didn't that big dude have to leave when he got a throat infection and couldn't perform that week during Pop Idol?

    [crappy VT]

I really am not liking Rachel.

Her attitude stinks - you'd think she'd be a lot more grateful to be on a show like the X-Factor. Even why Holly was talking to her on the Xtra Factor - she just seemed disinterested. Yeah get over it - everyone will be in the bottom 2 sometimes.

    I don't think she'll last this weekend.

I agree totally! Hope you are right and she does go this week. I cannot stand that girl, hate her attitiude right from Day 1. Was so annoyed that she was saved last week.

For me Laura, Alex & Ruth are the 3 best. I really like Ruth, but cant see her lasting much longer when she doesnt have a city or region to vote for her sadly.
But if Laura or Alex were to win, i think they would become stars...the rest i just dont get it. Especially the whole Diana thing

Don't lose hope yet! She has fared well in the past two weeks despite not having a "block" voting for her so to speak. I can see her lasting beyond Daniel, JLS, Eoghan (but not if they are in the bottom two together, bloody judges would save him) and *gasp*, Alexandra.

Am I the only one not a fan of Ruth?! Something about her has annoyed me from the beginning, can't explain it!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,835 ✭✭✭unreggd

Nah she wont get past Alexandra

    I hope its:

Daniel and Rachel in the B2 this week = Rachel Saved

Rachel and Ruth in B2 next week = Ruth saved [for better performance and Rachel gettin too many chances/bein gay]

After that it'd most likely be Ruth and JLS or Eoghan, with the latter being saved for bein "the best group" and a cutie [/squared]

I cant stand Eoghan, HES RUBBISH! Hes not original and his voice is crap

    *******SPOILERS SONG CHOICES FOR TONIGHT******

    Alexandra Burke Without You
    Daniel Evans Open Arms
    JLS One Sweet Day
    Rachel Hylton Against All Odds
    Ruth Lorenzo My All
Eoghan Quigg Anytime You Need A Friend
Diana Vickers Always Be My Baby
    Laura White Endless Love

I'm not convinced that Against All Odds is a good song choice for Rachel.

I've heard from a good source that Diana will def not be singing tonight!

So it wasn't just a makey-uppy story in the Sun after all.

I hate Laura. I hate her screechy voice and I can't see what's special about her.

Shame Mariah isn't up for the vote:rolleyes:

Yeah she would automatically qualify for the bottom two for not actually singing.:pac:

EDIT It kills me to say it but that was no where near Ruth's best. Very shaky. Early days but she could be in trouble. I would have loved to have seen her get Against All Odds.

There was definitely something wrong with the way Ruth sang tonight. Maybe I'm wrong. The judges didn't seem to think so.

    who sang before Eoghan quigg

It was very shaky. I love Ruth but the song choice, or they way they structured the song, was all wrong. She never got into it and it limited her.

Rachel was awful. But yet again the judges skimmed over this slightly important part of her performance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,631 ✭✭✭jaffa20

yeah and as much as i love Diana, this is not really fair on the other acts.

It's piss poor alright. It's just very boring. They really need to mix up the themes a bit.

Eoghan's been the best so far, and I'm not usually a fan of his.

Cheryl and Simon seem to have a lot of tension between them.
