The Sextant already up to about the eighth floor. It’s rising around two floors a day

Love these drone vids. Sounds like the core of the Sextant site building will top out pretty quickly. One continuous pour? Cripes. 😲

I was down around there Saturday evening

Shocked at how fast the Sextant has gone up. They seem to be working 24/7??

I was also shocked at the apartments down at PUC also, flying up.

The Marina was fabulous in the Spring sun, great to see so many people of all ages using it, it would be great to improve connectivity from the city centre to the Marina and from Tivoli via a footbridge across to the Marina.

My wife remarked there is so much building happening around the city now, a real boom!

    • Sextant
    • PUC apartments
    • CMP Dairies
    • Vita Cortex site looks cleared
    • KRR site is cleared for new building

    Plenty more I have missed!

Walked past the new aprtments near PUC yesterday

Some of the brickwork looked like it had been done by a 3 year old😮

They are working 24/7, correct! They started around last Wednesday and it has been a continuous pour since then. It is gaining 2-3 floors a day, and is over half done now.

22 with maybe 2 under the green. Definitely topping out in the morning, if not already topped out now

I just assumed the Obel tower in Belfast would remain as the tallest because its 27 floors versus 25 for the Railyard building …

    Obel is 85m

    Railyard is 85.5m

Not a lot in it, but it's taller.

As far as I am aware, the Cork one has more going on in the lower floors, which are that bit higher, even though the floor count is 2 less.
