Thing is, this country is ran now by virtue signalling politicians who will react to any bad press on twitter with over 100 likes. And twitter is an echo chamber.

Sure, lots of people have dumb opinions about things they haven't thought through properly...

Hospitality and gym restrictions are precisely so they can retain access to healthcare, restrictions and lockdowns will occur on everything else before healthcare restrictions come in and even then treatment would be done on a triage basis not on a vaccinated or not basis.

whats the definition of unvaccinated these days . the uk has this week made all those who haven't taking the booster as unvaccinated ... so if your after two shots only your now defined as unvaccinated.. you could have a scenario where a hospital is 100% full of people with two shots .. and the papers would say that the hospital is 100% full of unvaccinated people

I like how you asked the question and then leapt straight to your incorrect conclusion without bothering to wait for an answer or do your own research. 😀

In the most recent HSPC reports based on CIDR data "unvaccinated" or "not vaccinated" means zero doses.

"Fully vaccinated" means two or more doses.

"Partially vaccinated" means one dose.

Some tables break out the exact number of doses.

The example I'm looking at is "Vaccination status of laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 in those age ≥12 years, notified in Ireland during the 4th pandemic wave, 27th June – 4th December, 2021 (Week 26-48, 2021)".
