I am due to undergo a scan at my local private hospital. Things are so bad because of Covid, that my scan is being done at a private clinic elsewhere but I don't know when yet as they are very busy because of Covid. I can only imagine how much worse it is in our public hospitals because of the situation we are currently facing.
what on earth do you think happens once people get inside a nightclub. The fact people were queueing outside is such a bizarre thing to focus on when it is an almost completely benign activity.
It's only being used to treat people who have Covid and it will also not work on me. There is an available treatment that might work on me but the EU are have not yet approved it. This treatment is available in the UK and costs between 1k and 2k per dose and I don't know how many doses I will need and if my medical insurance will cover it.
with a collapsed health system unable to treat anyone effectively, everything else follows as more and more get sick from various illnesses.
ironically it is you and the others ranting because the rest of us have had to deal with reality who are the hand ringers, and it is why most have not bought what you have been trying to sell them.

we never locked down to cater for the few, but for the majority, the country as a whole, and it's systems.
when the medical experts, who have the actual knowledge come out and say that the people have done our bit, then that is when we will have done our bit, if that is soon, brilliant.
whatever restrictions that do remain, whatever they may will be, will have to be the way until the evidence shows otherwise, both to keep the risk low, and insure the those who deliberately don't get the vaccine when there is no medical reason to do so, are kept apart from the rest of us.

I started treatment in 2017 and I finished it at the end of 2019. I was hoping to rest up for two months and then be able to go back into the real world and live another life but as I was about to do this Covid hit. When I was undergoing I used to go to the cinema in the afternoon when it was fairly quiet and I was unlikely to catch anything unfortunately I can't even do that now. One day I know that I and people in my society will be able to lead a normal life but until that day comes can people please mask up and wash their hands so that we can get back to normal quicker.
There are kids with scoliosis who will get an appointment for treatment in 2034. When that time comes they will be an adult and will have to go to the back of the queue because they had a children's appointment.
Hand washing, while good hygiene, helps not at all with covid.
masks appear to have a moderate beneficial impact but it so they work “very well” is overselling it.
if you significantly restrict the numbers in nightclubs you may as well not allow them open. They won’t be able to financially afford to anyway. It is also very much not a minor infringement on civil liberties to not allow them.
the reality is that the disease is not going anywhere and deaths from it will likely never hit zero again.
