Got a confirmed vaccine appointment - Post your age and appointment date.
So we can see exactly what ages they are vaccinating at any time.
Dont post if you've already been vaccinated.
Obviously I havent got an appointment to post, so am curious to find out what age they are actually doing at the moment.

I (60) got first jab on Saturday. Wife (59) got text on Saturday for jab tomorrow (Tuesday). Helix Dublin
A word of warning- don’t schedule anything for the day after your jab. I felt like I’d been run over by a steamroller. I’ve heard similar stories from others too

This is rather a pointless post in the context of the thread is it not?

So looks like at the moment they are doing ages 58 and 59.
We should see this countdown over the week I hope.
At least then we have some idea how its going.

Know a few 58yrs called ahead of 59yrs which registered a day earlier.

How is that happening? Is it due to geographical location?

Not to derail thread but happening in the Helix for definite. 59 year olds being called ahead of 62 year olds. Eircodes in the same area so not sure what's happening.
    *different vaccines, thanks Sleeper12!
Just re original question, from personal experience, 60 year olds receiving doses before 62 year olds in Helix, AZ vaccine. Just stating facts before anyone thinks I'm complaining...as happened on another thread.

Great to see so many appointments in this thread :)

To stay on topic, have my 2nd Pfizer vaccine on Saturday. I'm in cohort 4. Husband and brother have their 1st vaccines on Saturday aswell, cohort 7. All GP based.

It's most likely happening because there are different vaccines for different age.
