    The Cleaning Lady
Fox has handed a series order to The Cleaning Lady, its adaptation of the Argentinean drama starring Daredevil and The Defenders alum Elodie Yung.

The hour-long drama, which I hear has received a ten episode order, comes from The 100 writer Miranda Kwok, Stargirl EP Melissa Carter, who is showrunner, Shay Mitchell’s Amore & Vita Productions, Warner Bros. Television and Fox Entertainment. Homeland director Michael Offer directs and exec produced the pilot.

The Cleaning Lady stars Yung as Thony, a whip-smart doctor who comes to the U.S. for a medical treatment to save her ailing son. But when the system fails and pushes her into hiding, she refuses to be beaten down and marginalized. Instead, she becomes a cleaning lady for the mob and starts playing the game by her own rules.

    Monarch
Fox is getting further into the country music scene. The network has handed a series order to Monarch, formerly known as the Untitled Country Music Dynasty drama, from Melissa London Hilfers.

Hilfers created the series, which I hear is getting a 12-episode order, and will write and exec produce, while Instinct creator and Royal Pains exec producer Michael Rauch will act as showrunner and exec producer. Gail Berman and Hend Baghdady also exec produce alongside Sandbox Entertainment’s Jason Owen, a leading country music manager who represents the likes of Faith Hill, Little Big Town and Kacey Musgraves. Some of Owen’s clients and friends are expected to be appearing and performing on the show.

Nick Offerman will star alongside Lily James, Sebastian Stan, and Seth Rogen in the Hulu limited series about the theft and release of Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee’s sex tape, Variety has learned.

The eight-episode series is currently titled “Pam and Tommy.” Stan will play Lee while James will play Anderson. Offerman will star as Uncle Miltie. Described as big and burly, this legendary prolific porn impresario brings his larger-than-life stature into the workplace to keep things lively and real. “The money guy,” Uncle Miltie helps disgruntled electrician Rand (Rogen) distribute the sex tape. A borderline sociopath, he treads along a line between humorous and horrific

I think it's more like cancelled after series three that was shown last year. For some reason I was expecting at least a 4th series. Ah well.

To be honest, I felt there wasn't much more story to tell after the third season. It felt pretty well wrapped up.

Charlotte Sophia: Myth, Madness and the Moor
HBO Max has acquired the film and TV rights to Tina Andrews’ praised historical novel about Queen Charlotte, Charlotte Sophia: Myth, Madness and the Moor. If a project is put into development, Andrews would serve as creator/showrunner and executive producer.
