Why is there no history on the NCT cert?

Would indicate that it has been off the road since before 2017

The standard uk one def didn’t have it anyway.

They had a load of special edition Starlets in the UK, I remember an advert from around 1997 where they had a cake box like mr Kipling French Fancies full of Starlets, it said “Mr Toyota does make exceedingly good cars” or something.

    Must look for it!

    One for the mad IMO.

No test on it, openly needs work for the test, bodywork and interior in flitters.

She's a lot of things but a bangernomic it isn't.

Would actually be a good buy, one of the last Japanese built Yaris' before the French factory came online. Would probably survive a nuclear bomb along with the cockroaches.

Back to bangernomics. Nice clean Yaris with NCT to 10/21. Maybe needs to be a bit cheaper.

Ah lads there is surely another thread somewhere there to be discussing Kona's and the relative economics of EV's. It was probably intended as a throw away comment by someone in the first place.

    https://www.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/2008-citroen-c4-1-6-hdi-quotnew-nct-quot/26686467
2008 Citroen C4 1.6 HDI with new NCT
    238K KM;
    Asking €1,650

I wouldn't be overly quick to post a Citroen generally and I know the 1.6 HDI engine is not held in very high regard by many but if that Full Main Dealer Service history he mentions shows it to be serviced on time every time etc....
It's seems not a bad spec but I would have thought it would have had leather if it was top spec as he mentioned.

The invoice is dated 2020, €1580 spent including a new EGR valve, full engine service, gearbox service, break discs. New tyres. Long NCT. Cheap tax

Looks like a good buy if you get a couple hundred off the asking price

Seller must be having a laugh, TBH.

Mentions "new NCT", but the NCT in the picture shows there's only 2 months left of NCT left. NCTS states 24/02/2021 as the NCT expiry date.
Doubt there's any tax on it. Imported.

Its probably just back dated, it’s most likely still a new NCT considering its still attached to the certificate. €50 and you’d have a fresh years NCT

Seems you're correct; date on the NCT looks to be 18/11/2020
Always find it odd that they don't just drop the €50 to have a fresh NCT?

You’ve some set of eyes! But yeah surely an extra €50 would add multiples of that in value to the car.

I used to see it around town and it was lowered on coilovers and had gold BBS style alloys from what I remember.

EDIT: it actually is still on the coilovers. I also remember seeing this for sale on and off for a good while..

225 TT with NCT til September, €1800

I used to own this, it's very well spec'd (xenons, heated seats, Bose sound etc). Was a well sorted car too
