Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gutted for Harry. Pulled up in the last round of drills before the game by the looks of it.

Beautiful start. Thought Ringrose could have given it wide but I'll let him off as just being rusty.

Saints coach so negative. Feeding into the teams body language.

He made a good decision. Retain the ball and recycle quick

If Kearney was put in the corner that would inch perfect, far too easy it must be said.

Think the cover would have got to him

Fantastic support from Ruddock for that Baird break.

Rhys did incredibly well to get to that ruck after Baird’s break. Broke his bollocks to ensure Baird wasn’t isolated.

I still don’t understand what more Farrell needs to see from him, considering the problems he’s had in the back-row against more physical sides.

This could honestly be 60+ the way things are going, this will get worse before it gets better if this is how easy it is for Leinster after 7 mins.

Not good for Ringrose and O'Brien. Two HIAs surely.

Not that I know of? Didn't hear what the injury was.

He pull out an hour before he was knocked out. I wouldn't like to comment on what he was doing...

Edit: Sorry. Bad joke about getting knocked out for riding someone's missus.

This must be a record for replacements for Leinster...

Choosing a scrum 5m from your own line is madness.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,971 ✭✭✭randomname2005

    2nd try, 3rd injury.
    Edit, seems okay

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 291 ✭✭Morathi

    No nonsense grunt try, beautiful.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,188 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    Lol.

Why did Northampton opt to scrum 5 metres from their own line?

What moron for Northampton made that decision? Lunacy

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

And that right there is why you dont choose a reset scrum on your own tryline...

Disagree with Feris there, player wasn't on the ball and then off feat.

JOB staying off, shame for the lad.

    Grumble but great line

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

    Poor error from Rhys.

Poor read from Ruddock. A few uncharacteristically sloppy moments from Leinster in this one so far

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,971 ✭✭✭randomname2005

    Penalty leinster, 17 to 7

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,328 ✭✭✭theVersatile

Won't see a softer penalty than that all weekend

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,971 ✭✭✭randomname2005

    Now Murphy down.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,188 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Been an extremely sloppy 10 minutes from Leinster. Letting Northampton back into the game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,795 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

The lack of accuracy is poor enough, we don't look particularly sharp despite being the obviously superior team.

That's about as cheap a penalty as they come.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,795 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

    Anyone getting worried?

    This is very poor.

Northampton are playing against the wind this half too.

Leinster blowing hard. Wonder how much they eased up for this.

  • Site Banned Posts: 12,341 ✭✭✭✭Faugheen

It’s like Northampton have upped the intensity and Leinster have dropped theirs.

They need the half time whistle. Momentum is completely gone.

Think leinster are playing into the wind

Need a score before half time to get confidence back

That’s really poor from JGP. Everyone outside of the 9 was covered.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

That's two tries gifted to Northampton from a Leinster screw up at the set piece.

Ringrose is not in the game at all and looks hurt again.

And WHAT was VDF doing there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,188 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    That Ringrose down again?
