If you ignore the stupid lines you can see Mane is offside, not by a lot but he is offside.

Which part of Mane is closer to the goal line than Mina?

It's amazing how bias makes people say these things. Unreal

I remember Mane kicking a player and falling over and VAR awarding Him the penalty. These things even out.

Yes, referee made a mess of it.

He should get a retrospective red now because the referee didn't deal with it.

Would make it a good day for Everton, escape with a point and can drop Pickford without upsetting him...

Was good performance by Everton today. Liverpool looked a lot more ordinary than they did last season. Has the pace and intensity they play at finally caught up with them I wonder.

I can’t believe people are justifying these decisions by saying there was a match previously that VAR helped Liverpool so it’s grand. If those decisions happened to your team today you’d rightly be fuming.

The sole purpose of having VAR is to come to fair decisions as much as possible and the PLs implementation is failing spectacularly.

Che Adams equalizes. Chelsea in a shambles at the back. Comedic defending

That Timo looks quite the player, how much did they buy him for?

Southampton with an injury time equaliser and actually pushing for a winner

Don't think there was anything to be extend on.

I actually thought my reply was more thought out than your post.

His release clause was over €50m so something around that.

    He's the real deal alright.

I think Chelsea win the league this year

His release clause was €50m or at least I think that's what it was reported as.

I clearly said that call was wrong? I just said after that VAR was ok it wasn’t a game full of VAR.

VAR was ok except for when it wasn’t

Thought Mendy would be in goal ? Kepa is all over the place

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,832 ✭✭✭happyoutscan

Were Southampton deserving of a point?

    Yes.

First half they seemed poor but getting their first kept some belief. Missed start of second half so saw then from 3-2 and would say point was deserved. Definitely wanted it more

The VAR lines clearly aren’t straight which is what is confusing people. The top right part of Mane’s body is closer to the end line than the Everton players.

Is the VAR line off or the 18 yard box line? :D

Good result for ‘So bad’ Southampton.

Could be a race between Frank Lampard’s Chelsea and man u to see who sacks their manager first.
