Bubba has some round going, quad bogey, triple and double bogey with 3 birdies and he's only on the 13th!

Rough is being allowed to grow a bit more for next week. Around half an inch+ difference between the two weeks.

The greens are currently 11-11.5 on the stimpmeter. They will be >13 next week. That means this weeks pin positions can be very different to next week.

I think they are the main differences.

Lowry +6 for his last 23 holes since getting to -7 yesterday. Another really disappointing week.

He lost 4 shots in 3 holes after getting to 7!

Justin Thomas is bogey free for 3 rounds, but this is still wide open, good course with a variety of testing holes

It'll be interesting to see if Hovland and/or Morikawa put a bit of pressure on Thomas.

From what I've seen Thomas is a far superior putter to both so I'm assuming JT will need to have an off day with the long game.

    Looking forward to it

Hovland might, he is accurate, and has recovered from being +3 after 9 on day 1. Early start today, 9:01 local time is the last tee time, 2:01 our time.

Not the best of starts for JT, bunkered twice in the first three holes and looking like Hovland is about to at least go level with him.

Superb efforts from hovland and Morikawa on the drivable par 4. Unlucky for Hovland though.

One of the best courses on tour. Compared to the course where they had the bomb and gouge fest last week it's like night and day.

    Top notch golf all round.
Cant wait for next week already, and add in some Tiger for bonus.

Same, it's basically a major field next week and I'm interested to see how playing the course two weeks in a row impacts next week's leaderboard
