    I'd assume that only moderators and admin can delete posts other than their own?

    On a general point, re: moaning about joking or criticising departed posters I doubt Sraneem cares too much. If posters are going to say anythjng critical about you, I'd hazard a guess that 95% of the time it's posters that you're indifferent about or actually dislike anyway.

    Yeah you can't delete someone else's posts if you're a regular member. I suppose you could just ask a mod to delete it but no guarantees that they will.

    Aw I really liked her. She was hilarious. And only a young one. She was from west Dublin though - Ballyfermot I think.

    Youre right actually. It's not phasers I'm thinking of so.. . I remember her now that you mention it. This other lady was definitely from Ballymahmon Co Longford

    That’s what I thought.

    Just need confirmation if it’s against the “rules” to do it, after what happened the post that, seems, to have started this whole “thing”.

    Either way, strange that it was all “actioned” so quickly.

    What ever happend to the poster with like 60 or 70K posts? Mike? I think his name was.

    May have got banned? Or shut his account down. Vaguely remember it years ago.

    I don’t buy Srameen being Walter Mitty at all. We chatted via pm from time to time and he signed off a few of them with his name. I’ll miss his contributions, he was a nice person.

    It is not fair to be knocking Srameen or anyone else who is unable to defend themselves.

    Posts here may have contributed to him closing his account, we don't know for certain.

    It is not on to character assassinate anyone either.

    Can we draw a line under this whole debacle & move on.
