It was 65 this morning. I've a bit of a wave of nausea on me today, plus tiredness and a meeting tonight that many are dropping out from. Par for the course there. My voice is a little better. I'll wear the watch a little more, whilst remembering it's merely a tool. Low was 51 earlier (and over 100 at times, though), possibly when I was resting which was more horizontal than actual sleep. Hopefully things will subside soon as I really want to get back running next week.
