A fairly seedy under current. Unlit lanes and id argue the AGS presence is sparse enough.

“Forensically-enhanced’ CCTV footage was released showing a man standing outside the back entrance of Trevor’s work that Gardai now wished to question.

Some of the footage, however, had been used previously in a 2015 TV3 documentary and, in one screen grab, a second man (not Trevor) can be seen next to the person of interest.

Filmmakers David Lester Mooney and Mark Kilbride, having discovered this anomaly, then spotted a third person in another image (top).

This afternoon, David and Mark were contacted by a Garda officer who stated that these two new figures have “previously been identified” as Trevor’s work colleagues.

Well ok. Fair enough. Obviously you can see and understand why they would be hurt. Maybe we should just accept he went missing and forget about it.

The man in black, was he walking along and randomly stopped at that pillar and what happened to him in the time that Trevor was inside. He he stay there and when did he move off and what direction. I'm guessing he left after Trevor and went the same route if the Guards are pretty certain that he's the same guy in the other (speed up) footage.

On the last thread (which descended into an absolute ****e-show) I remember a guy talking about passing up somewhere along a similar route to Trevor Deely and was followed then chased by a group which he thankfully got away from...

He said he made contact and reported it to the guards before he got into the details he said the guard he was speaking to asked him was he followed by a gang.

Apparently the cops were well aware of several attempted muggings in the area by a group. Didn’t a prostitute who fell foul for owing a drug gang in the vicinity get stabbed to death a year or two before this incident happened too that many thought were perhaps linked to this too?

Because he crossed the road and was out of sight.
They cannot conclusively say which way he went, only that he crossed the road.

Do you not think that if this was relevant it would be part of the narrative by now ?

I can only imagine if the unreleased segments of the CCTV had footage of MIB returning to his pillar watching out towards the direction of the gate, and moving off at a time aligned with TDs departure in the same direction.

If that were the case then wrap it up, there's no mystery.

But... no such proof available either way. So, nothing to do.

There's the quote in the news that the MIB at the corner and the man going in the same direction as Trevor at the bridge are the same individual according to UK experts.

So one can imagine this may not be far from what happened.

But all they are going on is the general height, build etc.
And the fact that MIB nor the man following TD on Haddington Rd could be found.

If, and yes its only an if, but if there was more footage of that strange fcker hanging around waiting for TD to come out and then going after him then it would be barely questionable that a planned attack took place.

How were they though. Granted we're not trained detectives but we have the images they have. It could be the same person. Again, it might not be the same fella.

Was cctv check out from the surrounding areas checked also? Probably to late by the time they noticed him missing. I wouldnt be ruling out less sinister outcomes either.

We have no ****ing clue on the software that would be used to measure this stuff.

I sincerely doubt they did it by eye
