Are you saying it didn't happen ? . My friend said it did , only relaying what he said.

I’m saying that there was no Garda activity in Charnwood on Friday night, Sat morning. Otherwise our neighborhood What’s App group would have been very active.

Some basic checking of facts before posting on this thread would be nice, or even preceding a post with 'I heard from person X that such & such a thing happened'. Theres way too much rumour & hearsay for this thread to be of use in a neighbourhood watch sense to anyone anymore (IMHO).

Apparently the cyclist caused the motorbike to loose control and fall off in the way of the car. Cyclist then left the scene. Local kids said he had stolen the bike from Saddlers estate and was making his getaway.

Police sirens going mental for the last 30 mins within earshot of Littlepace / Ongar, hard to be sure but sounds like Clonsilla direction. Anyone know what the craic is?

Get onto Jody or the Whitestown Estate Management Facebook page. Id be sure they' ve talked about it before.

Id say you'll get little or no help from the majority of residents though.

Hard to tell actually. The light in the picture might not be flames. The smoke looks like it’s over the Shanty.

Yes I got a video as well and the smoke is definitely billowing out the other end of the shanty nearest the bridge but it could easily have spread. Hopefully not too much damage done :/

Roof seems to be gone on Shanty. Don’t know about chipper.

How many times has gone on fire now ?

Also there was someone apparently killed in corfuff the other day after being assaulted but nothing on the news.

Newspaper did mention the attack but said he was in a serious condition but heard he passed away.

ESB Networks look after all the network, no matter who your supplier is.

Has nothing to do with the LL unless there is a major fault inside the house or apartment itself.

Anyone in the Corduff area hear a strange humming/buzzing sound at night. I've been hearing it for a while now but not sure what direction it is coming from. I've walked through my house and it's definitely coming from outside.
Sometimes it sounds like a washing machine on a fast spin cycle. Hope i am not losing it lol.

Would you be near any of the high voltage power lines / pylons?

Thank's for that. I'll research a bit more before i go hunting with my dogs lol. A lot of it does seem to relate to me though.
Best to get my ears checked again to be on the safe side.

Edit - I think it's my ears. Will get them checked asap.

Friend's house in laurel lodge broken into on Monday evening. Broke front window, alarm went off, they still went in and grabbed what they could in a few minutes. House in the middle of the street so not isolated on an end.
