This isn't medical advice but rather from experience and a theatre nurse.
I used to get sinuse infections all the time and the headaches were awful.
Years later I was referred for a rhinoplasty ( I think ) and after waking up the nurse said to do a nasal douche with baking soda.
Works a treat for the headaches.

I'm travelling abroad for work.
It's 30°, sunny every day and I'm making the most of it. I'll know come back with a tan.

I also know that everyone in work will think I've been on holidays, then when I tell them I was actually working, they'll immediately assume I was doing sweet FA and spent the week on the beach.

It's the Eye-talian blood in you Padre. Sure you couldn't look at the sun but go brown. Mind the stigmatas though - factor 50 on them.

Have a horrible chest infection the past few weeks I can’t seem to shake sick of feeling like sh!t at this stage

now to top it off got the monthly visitor thismorning think I’ll just go to bed for a few hours and watch Netflix since himself and the kids went over to granny and grandads for a few hours

That’s what I do. 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday. My Friday morning lie ins are just glorious.
