Just in the door, stopped off at a tyre dealership on the way home to get the car newly shod for the Autumn/Winter commute, another job off the list. Nice evening out there at the moment but looks as if rain is on the way.

I'd love a decent dinner but unless I've trained I just done have an appetite, and I know I should be feeding during my rest days but I can't bloody eat

Might take Richo to the beach shortly, that'll be a little exercise for us both (might bring my TRX straps too lol), yes I have restless legs this evening.
