Night LER! You’re well able for them on that thread. I’m like a pussycat.

It's very cathartic letting rip when you have to nice all day. Get in there and give as good as you get girl!

Have a blank evening for the first time in ages. Not sure what to do. Probably do nada and gracefully waste the time.

Just in the door, stopped off at a tyre dealership on the way home to get the car newly shod for the Autumn/Winter commute, another job off the list. Nice evening out there at the moment but looks as if rain is on the way.

    Did you train today?.

I'd love a decent dinner but unless I've trained I just done have an appetite, and I know I should be feeding during my rest days but I can't bloody eat :(

Might take Richo to the beach shortly, that'll be a little exercise for us both (might bring my TRX straps too lol), yes I have restless legs this evening.

You wouldn't be giggling if you were beside me. About to have a lazy dinner of pasta with whatever sauce is in the cupboard thrown over it.

Work is always bad half hungover, it is better to go in fully hungover, or sober.

Fiance putting my hammock up in my living room. I'm thrown on the sofa supervising and appreciating the view...of his lovely bottom.

Sitting couchside, just after having dinner. Read a chapter of a novella that has to be read for next week and feeling good about being on top of things at the moment. Let’s see how long that lasts :p

Beer number two, watching what John Delaney has done to Irish International Football. Okay, I know there's a Soccer forum and its only a friendly, but it makes my heart bleed to see how low it has sunk in the pursuit of nothing but money.
