I was debating in my head whether or not to get chicken nuggets and chips for dinner when someone beside me said the word “nugget”. I think it’s a sign

TH for a productive day at work as well for my private stuff.:P

Baked a 8 minute bread in the microwave, mixed one liter of base for my vaping habit as well as two fresh liquids. Tomorrow i will get a used bread machine from a friend for free. It’s too small for a family of six but plain perfect for my single household. Fresh bread whenever i want one...:D

Did i mention that i’m smokefree since four years now? :P

    Actually it happend by accident.:D

After trying vaping i went down from 40 cigarettes per day to just four a day within 24 hours. Two weeks later i ran out of fags during the weekend. Normally a reason to panic but i gave this strange new thing a chance and suddenly i didn’t needed the other stuff anymore.

Since that day i’ve stayed tuned and never had another cigarette.:D

If you are interrested just have a look here:

Three years ago i was asked if i would like to be a cofounder of a tiny german non profit NGO to defend vaping. This NGO is registered with the EU in Brussels. We started to collect authentic stories from people which left the fags behind them. There are 161 of these stories till now and we are still going on. Just have a read. ;)

For translation i would recommend deepl.com

    http://exraucher.xraucher.org/storys/

Best motivation you can find. My story is within the first ten. :D

My dog was unwell yesterday and today. I brought her to the vet this evening. She was given two injections for an infection. As the evening went on I could see the devilment coming back in her eyes!

We got a fabulous Christmas tree for the flat, it’s 6’5” and only cost £10 in the charity shop. Decorated it this evening and it looks beautiful :D

I am a natural islander! For some, the idea of not being able to get off the island brings sheer horror... For me, happiness and peace. We are safe, snug. My worst day here was when I got stranded on the mainland....

Imagine how much less stress you'd have not smoking! No willpower needed but that's an ex smoker being mean. Do it while the urge is strong!

People who turn up in time:-)

Found a bar of Mint Crisp in the fridge. I had forgotten I bought an extra bar on Friday in case someone called - which they didn't. My gain so!

This evening I pigged out on Tesco gluten free chocolate eclairs. I know they're full of sugar and additives, but I don't bloody care, they are gorgeous.

Finding a new perfume I love. The bf got me a set of travel sized YSL perfumes when he came to visit, and lately I’ve been wearing Black Opium, I really love it :)

everyone, even me, fed and sorted. wild day ahead so hunkering down with a big bag of evergreens, a wire coat hanger and a reel or red ribbon, to be transformed into the base for a fine Advent Wreath for Church.

will be even happier when it is light and I can sort the maddening tapping at the back of the dwelling... ;)

The youngfella's school report came in the post today and he is exceeding at all but two of his targets which the teachers set for him.

Plus he is a boss at Fortnite with a couple of hundred individual wins, is holding down a part-time job and flying at the rugby.

Think I'll book an old hotel weekend break for him and his mam to enjoy.

I go to my local car park in the evening when it's empty to bash a tennis ball about on the adjoining building walls for practice. (I know that sounds a bit odd but it's free and I'm hoping to join the tennis club in my locale soon).

Anyway, this evening I saw someone dumped some rubbish in the car park, looked like empty beer cans in a cardboard box. It was raining today and the cardboard box was disintegrating.

Later I had to pick up the ball that stopped by the rubbish box and I noticed that one of the cans wasn't open. On closer inspection none of the cans were open where I found 5 cans of Coors Light, 4 Cans of Heineken, 3 Cans of Guinness, 1 bottle of beer, and a partridge in a pear tree. Ok I lied about the partridge. The rest is true.

I think this trivial thing is going to make me very happy indeed.

The most trivial thing I think I've ever been happy about, Katie Holmes is set to marry Jamie Foxx in Paris. I'm not a big celebrity follower but I always found it particularly ghastly that Tom Cruise basically gave up a relationship with his daughter for Scientology and I feel very trivially happy for Katie Holmes and her daughter.

I'm going to see my wife today for the first time in a month and I'm going to see my cat for the first time in two months. I'm going to celebrate my wife's birthday at the weekend and there will be cake and alcohol. Both of my grandads got her a card and money and one of them signed the card "Granda" so she's officially one of the grandchildren :D It's so lovely to see that they care for her so much and she's treated as part of the family, and they aren't a bit bothered that I'm married to a woman. You can bet if I had a husband there would be no card for him :p My wife never had a Granda in her life but now she has two :)
