Started up a family acc added my wife no prob but tried sister in law and it said something went wrong please try again.
I'm only putting in her name and email??
Anybody any ideas? Does the other person need to have same address?

Are they in the same country? Or do they have spotify account set up in same country? Do they have a spotify account set up with the email you send invite to?

All the people in your family account need to have the same address in my experience.doesn't matter what email or name they have.
