Spotify are offering 3 months for 99 cents for new users and 9.99 for previous premium subscribers. A better deal than joining a family of strangers that can kick you out without any notice.

I've had two years in a family group from here for a total of €60. That would only get you 6 months by your pricing. So, I think I'll stick with my deal....

Just make another account and get 3 months for 99 cents.....


All your songs and playlists can be copied over easily to the new account with the desktop app.

when your 3 months ends, you can't just create a new account for 99cents. The 99 cents is a time limited deal which ends in December. When it ends and you go to create a new account, it will be full price unless a new 99 cent deal is on. They are not a regular thing either, usually spaced out to prevent people making new accounts for the cheaper option.

If you use spotify often enough, it works out cheaper to be part of a family deal.

You think I don't realise this? 3 months is a long enough time to justify the 5 minutes it takes to set up a new account.
