I PM'd and emailed. 4 of the 5 got back to me, got 1 extra to replace the other. Gave about 3 weeks notice, 1 person came back after getting cut off... felt kind of bad but i guess if they didn't get cut off they may not have noticed for even longer

Is this a recently set up family? I'd say that person didn't enter the correct address, the addresses have to match perfectly to the family owners account.

No it’s long running family email just came recently, I think their working their way through these ‘family’s’ removing false users

How would they know who is living where, in order to send the email anyway?

And what verification are they looking for? It should be easy provide a piece of postage that was sent to AN Other at your address?

We renewed ours, currently on month 19 of the family.

E-mail reminder was sent by a member of the family to all of us and within 3 days I have received money from the other 5 people. I continue to pay the €14.99 a month from my account.

Im just curious how does someone drop off?? Is it they have stopped using the service for x amount of time, deleted their account etc?

Not really.when the end of the year is up someone might say i don't want to subscribe to another year so that means someone has dropped out and you are short a family member so to speak.
It doesn't matter if they stop using it because they've paid in full at the start.and they can't delete anything because the person that collected the money owns the account.

Looking at it here via a vpn in Turkey its 36 euro and change for the year for a family account and about 24 euro for your normal account.
The thing is you can pay for a year in Advance for a single premium account but have to pay monthly for a family account...so guess with revolut you could keep a turkish balance so the monthly debit comes out or just pay in advance for the year 😊
Works for Deezer and Netflix too

Your right there just tried and it didnt like my revolut card maybe I need to put in a turkish address on it...
But I just got Tidal subscribed via a vpn and paypal for peanuts for a family plan :-)

More spots available. Few people dropped
