This raises an important question - at what point does it go from sneaking a peek, to staring?

    2 secs
    10 secs
    15 mins

This may be out of scope for After Hours, more a question for the legal forum?

As long as your not fapping during your ok

Brings me back to the time I used to collect glasses in a nightclub. My arse-cheeks were black and blue, especially on 60's night when the old gals came to town. Those hoes be cray cray!

Does being a man usually involve trying to pull up women’s skirts and ask if they’re wearing underwear?

What are you on about. I was responding to Morgan Freeman allegedly staring at women.....that's all I read. If there is anything else I don't know about the matter, feel free to inform me.

If one is a gynaecologist, probably yes.

It’s also alleged that he tried to pull up a woman’s skirt repeatedly and asked her if she was wearing underwear.

Another woman, who was pregnant at the time, alleges that he made some creepy comments about her being ‘ripe’ and being inside her.

Well that's a long way from staring a bit too long. I will get my coat. Lol

There's a big difference between an appreciative glance and staring.

    Staring is creepy.

    Creepy, but not illegal.

It is a bit, which is why it’s rather irksome that the thread is full of ‘he looked at some boobies, what’s the big deal?!’

Something like ‘I wish I was in there. Man, I wish I was in there’ which, even if he was talking about her womb rather than her vagina is... an odd thing to say to someone.

Maybe he has fond memories of his time as a foetus?

Anything you say or are recollected to have said are alleged to have said may be taken out of context and used against you years later.

    Creepy, but not illegal.

Illegal is irrelevant. The question is whether a man looking a woman's breasts is appropriate, seedy and sexual abuse and whether he should by humiliated, shamed and have his reputation and career ruined because of such behaviour. The answer clearly is yes.
Nobody ever said that the labour politician who committed suicide recently following anoynomous allegations of sexuality inappropriate comments had done anything illeagal. They didn't have to.

All these feminists who'd have you branded a rapist for flirting or complimenting their figure will be lonely unmarried cat ladies in 30 years time.

Please note that the use of the word "Flirting" is highly inappropriate. The politically correct term to use is "sexual harrassment"

I wonder how many of the extreme feminists laughed at the scene in Anchorman when Ron Burgundy says "I want to be on you"

That scene would have to be cut if it was made now

Trying to lift up someones skirt and asking if they are wearing knickers is not flirting.

Its very relevant, should a person have the right to ruin another over something subjective. The answer is clearly no

It seems to me that it was a jokey thing where he never had any intention of actually lifting it. This is like when Homer Simpson was a groper.

It’s written down so must be bad. People don’t realize Hollywood is different from other workplaces where an actor can be sat in a trailer with friends and staffers for days waiting on the right light. To think he was comfortable with somebody he probably thought was his friend to joke with them is a heinous crime a few years later.
It’s biological for most men to look at breasts, we actually can’t look away sometimes. It’s like magnets you can even turn your head away but your eyes move by themselves. I know some white knight will come along now and say he has different standards but he doesn’t. He is just lying to try get to see a girls breasts. We are honest he is a snake.

I also think these feminists want to keep the women all to themselves and the thoughts of them being with men makes them sick with jealousy inside. Normal women I’d imagine are a bit flattered if they catch a hot guy looking at their boobies or a bit uncomfortable when an ugly guy is caught looking. The thing is women fancy different kinds of men so we don’t know if we are in the ugly camp or the hot camp with anyone. So we just give in to the gravity effect boobies have on eyes.

We appreciate the effort you make to make them boobs glimmer it fires the men up all over the country and makes them 10 per cent more productive on a good booby day. Let’s keep the recovery going.
