 Running at lunch time is something a lot of people find works for them - (although if you're self employed maybe you don't get a lunch). Early morning running also suits some people and it's definitely a bit easier to get up early this time of year. I love that you're doing yoga! Have you thought about which plan you will follow - i think the NNH1 should suit you?
