What's Patrick Mullins doing there? I know the winner is gutsy and gallops all day, but Mall Dini is hardly a bridle horse.

No excuses for only getting stuck in after the last.

It's amazing how things change. I done some unbelievably stupid chasing betting - thanks to the Storyteller there. I'm very fortunate to have regained the upper hand. Tis a war of attrition. I'll be back for more punishment tomorrow. Well done to all not losing. To the rest, tomorrow will be your day. If it all goes boll ocks wrong, there a voucher for a free haircut a few pages back. I wouldn't take the offerror up on this promotion till he tests clear for alcohol some time around the 21st March.

Its been a good festival overall for me, and many I suspect. Nothing I fancy too strongly for tomorrow so Im planning a quiet day! We shall see how that turns out though :D

Way too much being made of the ground all week.

Balkos des Flo, Supersundae, Pennhill ran crackers today but were all given little chance because of the ground.

Tell your pocket to keep it down

The winner was not for passing, I backed Mall Dini myself and can't fault Paddy

To right hated the ground and a horse that doesnt really want a big battle. He needs to be produced in the last 100 yds. Just didn't have enough to get the job done.

Me! All over it AP, outside of Monalee (:() The Storyteller is my biggest bet/fancy of the week. It probably no coincidence his form ties in with some of Monalee's.

Pipes the only horse i fear actually.

Good shout with Storyteller Slatts, what price had you?

Could be a bit of a landmine day tomorrow - few picks (haven't stake any as of yet so may edit first thing in the morning).

    JLT - Invitation Only 3/1
Ryanair - Balko Des Flos 15/2 (ew)
Stayers Hurdle - Penhill 12/1 (ew)
Brown Advisory - Tully East 11/1 (ew)
Mares Novices Hurdle - High School Days 33/1 (ew)
Kim Muir - Squouateur 5/1 & The Young Master 14/1 (ew)

Ding ding on Balko and Penhill!

I agree, I passed on a few winning fancies in ground concerns. Doh

    Well why stop now.

Continuing with my previous strategy, Nicholls horses plus a SH plus some each way or in the without market.

    Nicholls bets, all each way.
    1.30 Modus
    2.10 Connetable
    2.50 Frodon
    3.30 Old Guard
    4.10 Movewiththetimes
    5.30 Braquer Dor

    Super heinz:
    1.30 Shattered Love
    2.10 Glenloe
    2.50 UDS
    3.30 Sam Spinner
    4.10 Tully East
    4.50 Laurina
    5.30 Mall Dini

    Other:
1.30 Finland Oscar ew, Snow Falcon ew without fave
2.10 Forza Milan and Taj Badlandabad both ew
2.50 Cue Card win wo fave
    3.30 Augusta Kate ew
4.10 Guitar Pete and Quite by Chance, both ew
    4.50 Cap Soleil ew
5.30 Aubusson and Actinpieces, both ew

    Good luck again folks.

Each way in 2.10, 4.50 and the last saved my day. Particularly happy with TB in the 2.10, Actinpieces just got in in the last too.

Looking forward to a proper look at today's card now.

I really don’t like McCoy’s “how many winners has Chapman ridden” spiel, if that was the case only Tony and a select few jockeys are entitled to an opinion.

he comes across of a bit of bollix at times sadly :( hate to say it

He was insistent on blathering on about Manchester United winning “the treble” as opposed to Nicky Henderson attempting to win 3 championship races.

I thought it was teenage boy stuff.
