Indeed he is, conveyor belt and all that. Who is covering 10, Ferg?

Returned from injury last week and is back out this week. Maybe they are resting him with the Christmas period in mind, but I'd have thought if he was to feature in Europe he'd need some more game time this week.

I mean... I'd have thought we're going to see James Lowe on the left wing and Adam Byrne on the right wing with Rob Kearney at 15. But Isa could start at 11 with Lowe on the bench.

I'm not sure that him missing this week means much at all really. Lots of guys to share game time around in the squad.

If Ringrose can hit the ground running that could be a lethal back line. Can't wait to see how Lowe fares. And obviously Larmour is going to cause major flooding in Venjurs locality again.

If Henshaw is fit then Isa might just not make the team.

If Henshaw is not fit then wrap Isa in cotton wool this week and play him at 12 next week.

I'm going to have to watch this game sitting over a basin!

As opposed to Munster's ruining of South African rugby ;)

What is the pecking order of our props, does anyone know?

What is the pecking order of our props, does anyone know?

    Loose-head:
    Healy
    McGrath
    Byrne
    Dooley

    Tight-head:
    Furlong
    Bent
    Porter
    Abdaladze (apparently)

Porter might be close to overtaking Bent, we'll find out next week I guess.

Well according to the IRFU and Schmidt he had a slight strain so that could be anywhere from a tweaked hamstring to a leg amputation.

Looks about right but probably more Porter then Bent and Heffernan then Abdaladze on the tighthead side

Not sure how you can say Porter is ahead of Bent presently for Leinster.

Heffernan is certainly behind Abdaladze, even if Heffernan is injured at the moment.

Next week will tell, but I'd reckon Bent is still ahead for Leinster, even though he isn't for Ireland.

Exeter are in fine form. Smashing Bath 35-3 at the moment.

Three of their tries have come from pick and goes and incessant pressure from the forwards.

Good result for Leinster even if the performance wasn't brilliant. There were some encouraging standout players though. Fardy has been a great signing. Great work rate and smashes lads when he's carrying. Lowe linked up well with his teammates and it didn't look like it was his first appearance for them.

Was happy with how Ringrose played especially as it was his first game in 6 months. Took his try well and created another with a lovely offload out of contact.

    Leinster by 8

If we can get out of there with 1 point we will be doing very well.

exeter are absolutely flying currently, and are deserving leaders of the premiership.

@sydthebeat Yeah I know Leinster by 8 is optimistic.......very much blue tinted glasses on for that one. I've just really been impressed by this team so far this season, I think our squad as a whole have really stepped up.

I sat down to watch highlights of some of their games this season and they are in serious shape.

They are ultra consistent and very well drilled. Reminds me a bit of Leinster under Joe.

We're going to really struggle against them to be honest. Two somewhat similar teams and whilst you would say that we have the edge in personnel, it doesn't seem to be an issue for Exeter who are putting everyone away at the moment.

Should be a fantastic two weeks of rugby, I'm going to go with my heart and say we will win both matches.

Our biggest issue will be defending for 20-30 phases.

Dragons and Treviso both got their tries simply by holding onto the ball.

Exeter are kings at that game.

However Glasgow ran them very close and were arguably unlucky to lose.

And we played them off the park.

If we stick to our game, there is not a huge amount of teams that can cope.

I would 100% have Byrne on the wing to claim back some box kicks and restarts and play with the ball.

Team pretty much picks itself. Only doubts are around Henshaws fitness.

I said this elsewhere, but most of our team will be playing their first game for Leinster in nearly 2 months. Most of the Exeter lads will have been with them for that period and they have been able to get a good run going. We won't be at our best, they'll be close to theirs. This will not be an easy encounter and I'd be inclined to think Exeter will win it. A LBP would be a good return from this one with a view to denying them the same next week.
