World Rugby player of the year: It's Folau vs Farrell for me.

Ioane should cakewalk the promising new player award.

Sam Cane for me. Very surprised he isnt there.he smashed everything that moved this year.

Started with Henshaw and continued on in the same vein. He’s a terminator.

As a point of fact, Sam Cane was not smashing Robbie Henshaw to start with. He was desperately hanging on to Henshaw as the Irishman scored the try that put NZ out of sight in Chicago before he ever illegally targeted the great Irish hero. What our esteemed poster is referring to was a sad and desperate attempt at revenge having been so badly humiliated 2 weeks previously by the very same Irish legend in a historic and completely legal encounter.

P.S. Sincere apologies to the decent Kiwis here. You know I don't really mean it.....

The NZ version of bigbok and just as painful.

Prefer simply to ignore tbh molloy.

I miss Big Bok. I like reading the crazy and angry. That includes the nutters from my homeland. It makes me feel sane and calm.

Does the fact that he's Swiss not automatically prevent that?

It’s allowed at 17.13 for 2 minutes. Not too loud or irrational mind.

Ross Moriarty has turned down Scarlets for Dragons supposedly.

    Supposedly Buernard is very impressive.

Ah the All Blacks have no interest in him. He's 26, they could have capped him at any time, but now he's going to Wasps and has English parents... suddenly he should answer the call of the silver fern?

It's amazing that he hasn't been capped to be honest, he's definitely good enough.

I thought he had played a couple of tests. He's been the squad a few times. Surprised he was never capped. He's a loss to NZ rugby.

The general feeling is good player but tits for hands. I don’t blame him turning down a token cap when he has the riches of wasps and possibly England in front of him.

BBC suggesting Finn Russell will earn £700,000 per season in France. Absolutely mental.

Not sure if it's been mentioned anywhere but ROG to Crusaders has been confirmed.
