Same in Malmo where kids have to be escorted to school by Police. My mates Niece are living there and has get bus with Police car in front every morning.

It's the common denominator amongst all the attacks.
    Islam.
It's home grown Islamists that carry out most of the attacks.
Not lads from the ME coming over to exact revenge.
The wests bombing in the ME is part of the problem but Islam and it's hatred of our way of life that's the major motivation for these attacks.

People are sick of me going on about the same thing so we'll have agree to disagree.

Do you remember how the war started? A bunch of nutters flew planes into buildings in America. Do you not remember that? They said it was because they had a few air bases in Saudi Arabia.

Am, well, am, no. It goes back a lot further.

Yes of course, but the west's actions since,

    Careless Bombing,internment in Guantanamo
Foolishly removing the mid-east dictators has helped stir up a new generation of terrorists

I think this was the plan for the bigger future.
    Bin ladens 7 step plan.

Open your eyes people Islam is the problem.
Radical Islam needs cracking down on hard and the authorities know most of the radical mosques,we have our own one here.

Just watching the ITV news, and shocking to see the mother of that 18yr old getting wheeled out in front of a crowd and the tv cameras to lay a rose
That's unacceptable, christ her daughter only died last night, give her some space and respect.

I hate the tv channels at times like this.

It is mental that people have come to accept this as normal, dare I say in many cases, a small inconvenience to be accepted, to point out that it is not normal, not positive and deeply wrong is to be treated as if you were a Nazi.

The Terror Threat as been raised to critical. First time since 2007. Must be a new threat.

It suggests that there is a trained bomb-maker now in the UK, and the likelihood of further attacks is very high. This is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. I hope the UK intelligence services catch a lucky break and neutralise the threat early.

The gulf war, Ollie North, George HW Bush and the ghost of Ronald Regan may have a few choice words to say about that. Ah Oliver North at least he had the class to use an Irish passport while doing his durty deeds.

I'm sorry but I see very little people treating others as "Nazis", just don't go around spouting bigotry. We've had tweets asking for a "final solution", that's pretty much a Nazi. Saying these terrorist attacks shouldn't happen is not going to get you called a Nazi, but saying things like "we need a kill list" will not get you a positive reaction and rightly so. If there are people who are calling you a Nazi for saying it shouldn't happen they are morons.

Terrible things happening in the world today guys. Well everyday...but Manchester is close. Feels close. I feel sad. The police have named him.
    22 Salman Abedi

His family are libyan. His father is anti ISIS and very outspokenly anti jihadi.

People around him said recently he had been acting odd and chanting prayers on the street developing an aggressive attitude and being withdrawn.

    Quote:
Mohammed Saeed, the imam of Didsbury Mosque and Islamic Centre, said Salman Abedi had looked at him “with hate” after he gave a sermon criticising Isis and Ansar al-Sharia in Libya“Salman showed me a face of hate after that sermon,” he said. “He was showing me hatred.”

Saeed said a friend was so worried that he got his adult children to sit beside Salman Amedi in case he attacked the imam..
Showing disrespect to an imam is not done ..it's just not.

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/...-ariana-grande

From these reports it actually appears his muslin community actively tried to make sure their followers including Abedi were not radicalized. It sounds like he was ill.

So many people will not get their children back now. RIP. Prayers...there are no words really are there...

In the Muslim community. It's not. It's highly unusual. That is what i mean.

They are shown huge respect. For a Muslim of a mosque to show disrespect is very odd. It's haraam ...you stand at the saying out loud of the title imam in a religious assembly as a muslim

    https://www.al-islam.org/mikyalul-ma...ion-imams-name

For Sunni's they are like priests ..for the Shia they are appointed by god ..so yeah it's odd for a muslim to act like that toward an Imam.

His neighbours say they knew he was acting odd and chanting on the street for weeks. But no one reported it.

    Youngest Victim is 8. :(

So there you go ..his family were anti Isis and anti Jihadi...his imam was anti Isis anti Jihadi and anti the Ansar al-Sharia militia. They actively preached this. He was chanting on the street. He was ill. He made an angry bitter choice to ignore his community .

We are still waiting for the day goverments in Europe will do something about the problem,is that Nazi too?Or should we just go ahead as usual and pretend nothing happened?

Given that this mental illness is confined to Sunni Muslims or those who convert to Sunni Islam, it is quite an usual illness.

Poor kids. Jewish people get little sympathy on here and in general though. Not many people seem to care that they feel under severe threat and are leaving Europe in record numbers.

What has this got to do with my post? Again you've also engaged in the usual black or white issue here, I never said we should do nothing, so many here are literally putting words into people's mouths when they say maybe let's not have "kill lists" and get rid of due process. Not wanting those things does not equate to "oh well let's do nothing" so stop claiming that.

Nobody in the right mind would call people saying terrorism is wrong a Nazi, calling for kill lists, mass deportations of all Muslims, getting rid of due process etc. however should get a negative reaction because those ideas go against the principles we should maintain.

Europe should start by creating an active intelligence service. Without eyes and ears on the ground actively pursuing and trading intelligence closely, then they might as well turn off the lights and close the whole shop down.

You need to travel the world for 25 years first.

What you are saying here is that the US is directly responsible for the attack last night. Well this can't be 100% correct because nothing the US has ever done has created Wahhabism. So at best you could argue that the US are only partly to blame.
The US (and many western countries) isn't totally to blame by a long, long shot, but they did a lot of the funding for the House of Saud who used that money to build schools, hospitals and all other forms of infrastructure across the middle east with a very strong Wahhabist influence. Wahhabism has been around for over 300 years, but has only really become relevant since the discovery and exploitation of oil in the region over the last 50-60.

This is the big one. These lads coming from Syria are way too valuable to blow themselves up. They send the dregs for that. All of these lads coming either from Syria or home from Syria attended Bombmaking 101.

I've lived in a multiple different countries and got to know people from all over the world, of different faiths, beliefs and cultures thank you very much. Sadly you're just digging and digging here, making assumptions in and effort to get away from the fact you're a using of a pedophilia advocate to try and claim some moral high ground and "score points" with.

There is absolutely nothing about this tragedy that suggests anything other than some dreadful accident with something in the arena.

But due to sensationalist media and overactive social media, fools jump to the "terrorism" assumption.

How did that outburst work out for you
