Experience or suggestions for what? Get the thing repaired.

I am in Spain on holiday. I popped into a phone/gadget store yesterday looking for a screen protector for my oneplus 3t and the Asian salesman never heard of a oneplus! I showed him mine told him specs he was very impressed. Amazing still how few know of this absolute gem

Someone I know broke the screen on their OnePlus 3 - €90 to get it repaired with OnePlus.

Don't need to store them to sim. Get "SMS Backup and restore" by Carbonite and back them up to Dropbox. You can then set up a schedule to backup every night. There is one for call log too if of any interest.

Similar happened me on the three network. I went to local store and they replaced the sim and after few minutes i was back to normal

Whoops. Apparently I switched to another network manually while trying to get the data working abroad! Fixed now...

Can't decide whether to wait for the Oneplus5 to be launched or get the 3t. A lot of rumours suggesting the battery won't be 4000mAh as previously thought, but only 3000.

Got my midnight black edition today, upgrading from a Nexus 5, the screen is huge!!!

btw the top part of the screen still works, can enter apps etc and swipe across and the home button thingy works too so the damage isnt disastrous, the phone is completely unusable however

Yep I'm halfway through the process myself. Got up off the couch Sunday night and it fell to the ground so not a big fall but completely smashed. My own fault for keeping puting off getting a cover but it wasn't a big fall.

Oneplus have come back with the following and am now just waiting on collection

Shipping and handling fee: Free
VAT: 23%

Edit edit: has anyone got the Google assistant on their device using English United Kingdom?

It only comes up with Engligh (US) but you can add an english (UK) keyboard and you won't even notice the system is set on US. I didn't anyway. I have to say Assistant is very good when it comes to IFTTT and WeMo switched etc.

Has worked for me. Did you set it up in the Google app? I think there's a few settings within the app that have to be set to do it.
