    Has anyone who cancelled seen their contract end date change on mythree website?
    I cancelled yesterday & opted to switch to payg at the end of this month. Contract still shows minimum term until 2018 on mythree.

    I'm not doing it for you but if you go back a few (or more) pages you'll find that one poster posted a screen shot of exactly what you are asking for.

    I eventually got through this morning after maybe 30 attempts at ringing... was on hold for 40 minutes but finally got through. My bill was to go up to €30 which I didn't mind too much as in fairness I'm blessed to have great coverage where I am. Switched to the 30 day sim plan - same price - €30. I won't be saving anything as such but will have the advantage of unlimited calls which I wouldn't have had on the other contract.
    Super nice girl on the phone, had it all sorted in minutes.

    I currently have a 20% friends and family discount, it means my €40 flexi 350 plan costs me €32 a month. Anyone know if I'd lose it if I were to cancel my contract and switch to sim only plan?

    Go to the Three website login and see if can upgrade. This will tell you the date your contract ends.

    Done the exact same myself this afternoon only took me 20 minutes to get through :) The guy on the other end was sound about it and sorted it quickly. It has kind of worked out well as I only signed up 3 months ago. So this way for a few euro extra a month I get unlimited calls and I am not tied into a contract plus they are unlocking the Iphone I got as well. Overall I am happy enough.

    Might have been a thread in the Talk to three forum then but someone definitely posted a pic of the dates in My3 and iirc they even ringed in red the relevant dates.

    3 have written to all relevant account holders notifying them of price increases and of their right to cancel, without penalty, before the 3rd of April. The letter is dated March 1st.

    Go back to the Bargain alerts page then where you see this thread listed click on the paper clip and you get the attachments in the thread one is the one you want.

    Guess it must have been back before page 30 ;)

    I have the same. I don't think it will change as I've always had the discount whenever I changed plans. Its tied to your account and not the plan.

    My wife or I haven't received any letters yet. Strange! We're hardly off the hook for the increases?

    I had to return a Note 7 a few months ago. It did take a few days for the contract date to be updated on my account page.

    I got that letter yesterday. Where on the my three site does it tell me when my contract expires? I searched all over it but couldn't find the date. Anyone thinking of going to post phone? They seem to have good deals.

    Yeah, mine still shows 2018, getting worried now, however when I call up they say 1st april.

    Nevermind, was on to three chat and he said my account is pending termination on 1st april to ignore the page that says minimum term as its being done manually.

    Can i check a couple of things

    1 can i just stop my 30 day sim only plan and move to vodafone without giving 30 days notice?

    2 what the sequence to keep my number so. Port to vf first then ring and cancel straight away?

    Don't bother talking to three, you just tell vodafone you are porting and away you go. Three will send out a final bill, probably a good idea to cancel the DD after they take their money.

    that 1800 phone line is impossible to get through to. It's either engaged or saying the number doesn't exist.
