Thoughts on this? Haven't placed it but probably will, I think it's the best you can get out of these games. Think it might be best to just back Australia to beat Scotland.

Ireland to win both Halves vs Canada - 1/25
Australia to win both halves vs Scotland - 4/7
New Zealand to win both halves vs Italy - 1/40
England to beat South Africa - 1/6
France to beat Samoa - 1/9
    Odds of 2.17

Yeah I think backing Australia to win would probably be best. That said they did pick up a convincing win against Wales.

your better off going for over points in games

    Italy v NZ over 54.5
    Ireland v canada over 46.5
    Scotland v Aus over 44.5
    Wales v Argies over 41.5

    something like that.

seems like an awful lot of hassle for meager return.

for the same return you could do:

england, france, australia to win and NZ - 30.5

South Africa have a good record against England, also England are missing their 2 second row forwards, think 10pts difference max and the +13.5 in the handicap at odds of 8/15 looks a better bet which will help boost your overall odds

I've kind of revised it a bit, I realise it's not a big return in the slightest but do you reckon it's safe?
Australia to beat Scotland - 2/9
France to win both halves vs Samoa - 3/10
Ireland to win both halves vs Canada - 1/25
New Zealand to win both halves vs Italy - 1/40
    Odds: 1.69

I haven't seen France since the 6 nations, but I'm not sure I'd trust them, even against Samoa.

I said the same, you wouldn't know what they'd be like but with them being at home you would expect them to perform.

Are Italy that bad? PP offering spread of +42 vs NZ. I know NZ will want to make a statement but that's still a big score to make up.

I'm liking Argentina +5 vs Wales.

PP aren't backing Ireland to do the double, giving Ireland +16.

Italy are now in the 4th tier of seeds for RWC. Think they are going backwards lately.

Not sure why Wales are favourites v Argentina. Think they will lose that one if Argies can make the offloads stick.

Little bit of insurance given the strange times we're living in. :D

I'm backing Ireland for bantz as well.

Retalick and whitelock will make a huge difference.

    What does the term mean:
I am backing them for bantz ?

Is that a particular bet, or some lingo...?

    Ireland +17 evens with PP.

I think we have a good chance of winning. I certainly don't see us losing by 17 at home. Whichever side wins I think it will be closer than that. Personally think it's a no brainer!

I've just added the unlikely draw @ 40/1 to my bets. I think I'll leave it at that......as it's too hard to call.

Blacklash after Chicago possible, but I don't understand starting Barrett and Smith ahead of Cruden and Perenara.

    51 wales
    60 england
    38 italy

    51 ireland
    41 france
    43 scotland

minimum points per game. €5 at 10-1. Three down, three to go

I think this is very safe but the odds are terrible for seven games.

Munster to beat Leicester - 1/3
Racing to beat Glasgow - 1/9
Saracens to beat Sale Sharks - 1/20
Toulouse to beat Zebre - 1/20
Wasps to beat Connacht - 1/8
Toulon to beat Scarlets - 1/18
Clermont to beat Ulster - 4/6
    Odds: 3.23

You got a lot of them right. How do you see this weekend going with reverse fixtures?

Leinster -17 on PP. Given Saints have put out the seconds I doubt that will last long.

    already at -18

    will probably end at -20

Betting on Leinster try scorers is usually a disaster for me but not tonight. :D

Incidentally, for those of you who follow Planet Rugby predictions...they have plumbed new depths in calling it wrong this week - beware. They used to be a good source of tips but Boards is a much better port of call these days.

Looking at that, from memory it looks very like the handicap the bookies were giving. Lazy fcukers. :(

Nice spot. Was definitely five for Connacht (went into four on matchday) and others look right too.
