Though if I'm pushed down the front because of some Mayo ****** I'll flip.

The Donegal and Tyrone lads... They're alright.

I've bringing rellies who are over from 'Murica, so I need to get 6 fairly decent seats, in the lower Hogan hopefully. Pain in the Swiss. Can't decide if I'll try tickets.ie online, go to the local Supervalu, or try TicketBastard, where I'm told you get to pick your seats, if you pay the booking fee. Anyone ever used TB for GAA tix? I haven't.

I haven't in a long long time. Bring your phone with ya to the shop. That's what I would do.

Ya its a long time since I've touched ticket master since tickets.ie became official seller.

It's weird they put it up early on on sale at 8:56 am took it down then quick enough and I find out threw Facebook there on TM.

Guess I'll see in the morning! I'll be up for work anyway ha.

We've all been there my friend!

For the record I've never been to Lansdowne and I regularly say kickoff too. I also ask people in work when are we kicking a meeting off .

Also today I found out that if the keeper over carries a ball in the "box" it's a "penno" if I ever knew that I'd forgotten it.
Punishment doesn't fit the crime imo.

I don't wanna sit in 311 so I turned those tickets down. Went straight to the upper level after that so pub it is!

Be looking at a pass for next season I think.

Did the DCB issue any guidelines as to who we should support in the 1st game. Looks like with the northern traffic heading my way I'll have to be on me toes early :)

Jesus...everything gone, bar the terrace. Surely that can't be the case?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,775 ✭✭✭✭Slattsy

I'll be selling two Hill tickets for extortionate prices soon :D:D

Dublin Donegal Mayo and Tyrone, probably the 4 best supported teams, all on one day.

Support whoever you'd like to see Kerry beat in the final.

Yeah, I know, but we've been part of double header quarter finals before and its never been this bad. And the sad thing is is that there probably won't be a sinner in Croker today, for the first pair of quarter finals. Given the demand for tickets, the GAA should have split next weekends games & have one on the Saturday and one on the Sunday.

There's hurling on Sunday I think.

In fairness he's of Nationalist dairy farmer stock from Aughnacloy. And now a Howth Road resident. Never a brexiteer.

A few years back we were on a Bank Holiday Monday with our QF.

A think they have to look at this really as the years go on. Shift the QFs in such a way so that they can organise them better to maximise crowds. Today's games will be a joke in comparison.

In saying that I would have been going to the Tyrone QF on matter what so I'm saving cash.

Just back from not one, but two Supervalus and no joy. I'm sorted, as I have a PP, but the US rellies are going to have to watch it in the pub. Pity, as they've been away since the 80s & were mega excited at going to their first Dubs game in over 30 years. Ah well....
