    Nice motor BMStuff.
Where is she from (square plate on front but rectangle on rear).
    Unusual rear lights.
Is it a sport (headlining not black but seats appear to be)?

    Thanks
Original UK car but I bought the US plate support when I upgraded from SE bumper to M5 style. I prefer it this way, it stands more.

Yeah car has Sport suspension, seats steering wheel from factory but she came with SE body kit. I upgraded it, along a few other things as you can see below. Everything has been restored in this car, engine, suspension, body etc...Still have a few minor things to sort out.

Headliner is grey, online came in black with M cars as far as I know.

    Pretty cool!
The blank headlining was used on some (but not all) Sport models (and the M5).

WHat suspension is in it now as it still looks quite high up?

    Oki
She is on adjustable Koni Sport Yellow.
Yes the rear is too high, I selected the middle position when they got fitted, but that's too high. I need to adjust them.

Did you do all the engine rebuilding yourself (if not who did it)? How many miles on the new block? Absolutely cracking car, I would have prefered the wood but I see the look you're going for.

AC Car Sales did the engine rebuild job, they did a cracking job, the car is very smooth and pulls like she is meant to.

I dynoed the car after the rebuild at Couture Auto, she pulled 291BHP and 410NM torque.

I got the new engine from Fab Direct with unknown mileage, but it does not matter, it has been rebuilt from scratch, head skimmed, valves re-adjusted, pistons cleaned, all gaskets and anything going in and out has been changed, everything is new or has been restored.

Yeah I would have liked a manual but they are rare enough to find. But I am happy with the auto box, it is very responsive and smooth and has been serviced at 50k miles. The car has 83k miles.

I do a good 30MPG at 70Mph on motorway and about half of that in the city.
