where did you see all the cars wishbone?
The Bristol Italian Auto Moto Festival

I came across it totally by accident while in Bristol for a football match - talk about being in the right place at the right time! :D

I was so disappointed that I didn't have my proper camera though. The phone camera quality isn't great. :(

There were hundreds of Italian motocycles there also but they don't particularly interest me.

I posted about another 20 more modern beauts over in the other thread in the general Motors Forum.

What is the Ferrari event ? Is it some kind of tour ?

I saw a Ferrari 250GTE just like that blue one a few years back in Citywest as part of some classic international rally and the guy had a selection of magazines through the years that had featured his actual car !

  • Registered Users Posts: 119 ✭✭Daxklynsmith

Yeah, I gather it's a club tour, they did it last year too. amazing sight.
No Idea where too from here but woud imagine Kerry would be on thecards

No its original UK car. Wipers just not in home position is original RHD. Wing mirrors were put on by previous owner for some weird reason.

In great nick overall though, solid as a rock.

And, although not really a classic, it's nice to see a 1984 Golf (Mark II?) spotted on the R128 near Skerries.

Early 911 outside McDonalds in Blackrock!

    Image029_Small.jpg

Also drove past two Ferrari 308s (1 GTB, 1 GTS) and a Lotus Elan parked yesterday in Roundwood, Wicklow. Couldn't stop or take a pic as the traffic was manic.

Passed by another 107 SL (black) too, and exchanged honks. :)

    Ah Summer sun! :)

Just seen 2 Triumphs, 1 was a green TR6 which looked very good and the other was (prob a tr6 aswell) was red and looked to be in need of some TLC. Green merc parked up the road from it as well.
Sorry for not having pics, no phone to take them with, maybe after my exams ill get a chance to take a snap of the red triumph and merc (can see them going to far).

    Nice car btw the TR6
