    Yeah you recommended the plugs to me earlier in the thread. I've a set of those in the car now, thanks. It's for incidents that can't be repaired.

    I think I'll get the slime stuff too in case there's a hole I can't find.

    I think a spare wheel at home is a good option. Get a lift, pick up the wheel and back to the car. I'll probably go for a full size if I'm not carrying it in the car.

    We're a one car family, living rurally. Being stuck without a car is a complete disaster.

    Also, sods law says if I buy all this gear a puncture will never happen 😄
