Absolute nonsense that Will got off. Now we're stuck with him. :(
    Phoebe is a total eejit.
    Mondo was great.

I was hoping Will would go to Jail and Chris(who I find very annoying) would go and visit Jake and we’d be rid of the pair of them!

The jury should stay on as a single character

    That's true
The only thing I could not get is how did Phoebe not cop the balant xenophobia and snobbery that Will displayed
Is she that brainwashed to believe that anything that comes out of daddy dearest's mouth is the acceptable

If Phoebe was ten years older, she'd probably have strong suspicions he might be lying to her, but it looks like she is quite a naive and gullible teenager (plus Will is a skilled liar, he even had Dolores convinced he was innocent).

Will will probably slip up though. He can only keep a lid on the 'nice guy' routine for so long.

Absolutely. She hasn't the maturity to cope with an alternative view of her father. It's kind of a coping mechanism.

To paraphrase, she can't handle the truth.

Any of us as a teenager, presented with information that a father, who has always been great to us, is a bad person might behave in such an illogical way.

'Coping mechanism' sums it up perfectly. The alternative of rejecting her father and thinking of him as a violent thug would be too traumatic for her. And she's actually a good person, nothing like him at all so it would be hard to be critical of her.

But she has no issue rejecting her mother? Good person my hoop.

But she has been manipulated into believing that Will is a "victim". Mairead wanted to see Will behind bars, so Phoebe could hardly back both horses and agree with both of them.

Where she has gone wrong is in believing the liar and not believing the person who is telling the truth, it's a serious error of judgement.

Is Phoebe somehow unaware that her Dad and Cris were having a full blown affair before they ever went "official" and her parents had actually separated.

Why the hell would she trust Will over Mairead? Will has a pretty large mark against him in the honesty stakes to begin with.

Did they even exist. Was it not just a still photo of people pulled from Google.

    Of course they existed
They were most likely relations or friends of FairCity actors or writers
    Nice little earner

No, they moved! On a loop, I was busy staring at them repeating the same movements over and over.

Will is a skilful liar and has bamboozled her into thinking he is a victim, that Cristiano has made the whole thing up and that Mairead is acting out of spite.

The alternative for Phoebe is to accept that her father is a violent thug and a criminal, something she clearly can't handle (it's easier for her to think that her mother must be the liar).

If he were a witness, Damien could have mentioned that he saw Will bang his head off the wall, and cut himself and frame Damien for it

Did Damian and Bronagh not testify?

Damien saw more than Mairead and he also was a victim of Will and Phoebe's lies and manipulation

Well her father isn't the one saying her mother is abusive. If the shoe was on the other foot and Will was accusing Mairead things might be different.

Or, she's a typical daddy's girl. One parent is favoured. She's an immature teenager. Not a bitch, bad or any other label. She's closer to a child than an adult.

I guess she hasnt heard about all Wills one night stands and affairs then if she thinks Mairead is the liar of the two.

Good thing she got the hockey scholarship cant see her grades being scholarship level.

Will should really amp it up and celebrate his freedom properly by bringing Phoebe on her first good auld gay bashing trip.

Keep the storyline going strong as the writers intended. Abusers are the winners after all let enjoy watching him.

Hating all the storylines right now.

At least he told Pete the truth
God they need to get rid of Vinny
But I do agree Sean needs to stand up to her
She has clearly has no respect for anybody or anything

She should be living in one of those grotty flat that Will lives in

    Speaking of Will's grotty flat
Where the heck does Phoebe sleep its a bedsit really

Plus the fact Cristiano had no idea Will was married when they got together so he was basically two timing them

Phoebe could see Will punch Cris and she will blame Cris for putting his face in the way of Wills fist.

Will hits Cris with a ornament and Phoebe blames Cris for standing there and not moving

Hopefully Phoebe will see how nasty Will is, he's been horrible in tonight's episode.
