Driving testers RSA 2021

The RSA, through a recruitment firm, have advertised for Driving testers on a temp 22month contract nationwide (so could be anywhere really). Interestingly in the T&C it stats 5 of any 7 days ie not Monday to Friday and must be available to work weekends and BH's. https://www.collinsmcnicholas.ie/drivertesters/

Seems to me that the numbers they are taking on are soo small, you'd wanna be in the top numbers on the panel to be selected.
On the other hand, many candidates would have dropped out by now as too much time has passed at this stage.
It's all guesswork really.
A statement from the RSA or Department of transport would be helpful.
