Yup. The smell of hash everyday in the city centre is overpowering on certain streets. You'd be doing well not to encounter several people openly smoking joints on the streets with de Gardaí afraid to approach them. Farcical.

I was in the States a while back in a state where it was decriminalised or medicinal useised, whatever, but literally from when we landed until we left all you could smell was weed, it was everywhere.

A trip down de boardwalk should be mandatory for all TD's, it's unwell central. Open drug taking and dealing, drinking ice cold cans in the summer, it's paradise for the unwell.

Like this story, 3 guards to do a drugs bust on a man with MS who uses a cane to walk over one plant. I'm surprised they didn't have the Armed Response Unit with them.

Was sent a video once of two unwells ridin' on de boardwalk wit people walking past in de middle of de day. It was as gross as it sounds.
