Glad he looked for more money and went to Chelsea, hasn't taken to the premier league at all.
    Might do better elsewhere.

Early days yet in his premier league playing career, and I think he choose Chelsea over that other side due to game time and the fact they wouldn't pay the transfer fee, nothing to do with wages.

Ah will go to liverpool easily i cant see how they mess it up.

Pep is showing now that he is a genius and way above any other manager on the league he doing what fergie did for years rebuilding his team but this season maybe just a step too soon. Liverpool have the ready made team thats trying to defend their crown it's what every great team has to do to set them apart from the Leicester cities and Blackburns.

If Villa or Leicester were to open a gap they'd be hard to catch . Villa deserved something from United game, but they still have a game in hand, win that and they're on 29pts, 4 off top.

Leicester have 10 wins, more than any other team. Some unlucky defeats , losing to Fulham at home with 70% possession and 16 shots was a shock result, they'd be 2pts clear had that silly defeat not happened.

Tuchel to Chelsea is nailed on.
Although they should really have had a pen at 0-0, far more anpen than pogba tripping himself

It was a foul, and at least the contact was by someone else, but it looked outside the box.

Tuchel would a dreadful appointment for Chelsea. I don't know how that guy is rated so highly.

Very few teams do what Chelsea tried to do that half and play head to head football with Man City and that's why. Very few teams are capable of doing it and coming out on top over 90 minutes, more often than not you'll get overrun. Kamikaze stuff from Lampard. Great stuff from us though, it's been ramping up the last few weeks and this has been on the cards for a while.

This could be a huge huge win for City. Have a feeling it might kick start their season now. They have been poor enough so far this season but they’ve played some lovely today, although we aren’t putting up much of a fight.

The less said about us the better, Lampard really doesn’t have much a clue it seems. Not sure why we are crossing the ball so much when Werner is the striker. Doesn’t really make much sense.

I'm a Villa fan but come on.

Me either. Laurent Blanc would be better.

Then you know you deserved at least a point against United, that was no penalty, and McGuire blocking with his hands at the final whistle wasn't even looked at.
Plus you beat (us) Liverpool 7-2 .

Next 3 for you in league will tell a lot, fight for title , or 4th .

you have Spurs at home, Everton at home, City away .

This Chelsea team look like they’ve completed given up on Lampard. Abromovich to pull the plug Monday or Tuesday?

I thought Lampard would be sacked in the coming summer. Not sure he'll even make it that far.

Winning their 6th European Cup has already set them apart from those teams.

Where does Lampard go from here? He's done as a top flight manager.

Maybe Derby will take him back when they bin Rooney but cant see anyone higher than that wanting him.

they must have changed since this game kicked off as liverpool were favorites yesterday. albeit by a small margin, with utd slightly further back.

if city win their game in hand they will be on 32, with the liverpool home game to come so it makes sense.

Yeh bookies odds are changing rapidly with this City result. I'm sure some large hedge betters will be smashing

    Liverpool @ 2.6
    City @ 2.75

You have to put Spurs and Leicester above them to be realistic. Bookies have it priced wrong.

Got CL football in first season, then finish top of CL group this season. Now 3 pts off 4th.

Sometimes teams lose 5 games over the course of 17, one here and there. Chelsea lost 4 of last 7. The games can fall like that, where you play tough teams week in week out .
Fulham next, must get back to winning ways .
