I can see Lampard blaming the players for this. Nothing wrong with his tatics, all the players fault.

if they lose, it'll be 4 points from last 6 games translating to a 25 point season

ETA: they are already on 26 points though :P

Chelsea have been dismally bad here. Thought they would have fancied it seeing the City side.

City well back in it again if they win here and a very handy run of games coming up for them.

Hopefully he's still manager in a few years

Man City looking a lot fresher than Chelsea. That game being called off looks to be beneficial to them now.

I wonder which player in the Chelsea squad now is this generations Frank Lampard to Roman that complained about managers and that usually lead to them being sacked.

Roman always took the side of the players over the manager.

I doubt Frank is in bother.....Roman isn’t the tolerant type.

    How poor is Mason Mount
Sky commentary team wont mention it because he's English but the fella is absolutely woeful

Reports earlier in the week that Kai Havertz regrets joining Chelsea and with Lampard throwing Werner under the bus last week as well it's not looking good for his man management skills with the two big summer signings.

Could and should be 5 for city

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,665 ✭✭✭doc_17

Think he's been one of their best players this season.

    Better than Havertz. Weird signing.

Lampard be getting the sack soon enough. 1 win in 6 pl games assuming city win.

Can't believe how bad a signing a Werner has been! Looks a complete stranger to the ball most of the time.

Crowded at top of table, this is a 7 horse race for the title .

Well done on City getting their rest for this game.

I love to see Chelsea get spanked, but this isn't fair.

Title will go to Manchester or Liverpool.

Chelsea so poorly set up and so nieve, City could be at least 4 up.

Lampard has been deflecting the blame recently, has he lost the players?? The body language is shocking, albeit they are 3 down.

IVe said it for a number of weeks, the team that finishes above City will win the league, they are the main danger to Liverpool still.

Glad he looked for more money and went to Chelsea, hasn't taken to the premier league at all.
    Might do better elsewhere.

Don't judge Werner or Havertz on Frank's Chelsea.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 61,272 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

The pundits on NBC can't and won't put any blame on Lampard when asked by the host how much is down to the manager.

As poor as Chelsea have been, City do look a lot fresher and full or running. Unsurprisingly maybe after their little break.

Tuchel to Chelsea is nailed on.
Although they should really have had a pen at 0-0, far more anpen than pogba tripping himself
