I never said his opinion isn't interesting.

What is your opinion? Do you see anything objectionable about a jewish person leading a BLM group?

Again, I posted a tweet by an African American, but you don't want to know what his opinion is, you want to know mine. typical progressive soft racism, dismissing and ignoring the opinion of the black author. You are trying your hardest to shift what he said - on to me. I didn't say it, he did. Sorry buddy. It aint gonna work

Whats your take on what he said?

I still.dont get how the high end brands are leaving their windows packed with merchandise and no security. The small family owned businesses are boarding up windows and trying to defend them.

Could a store recoupe all the losses due to shutdown by having their entire stock taken overnight?

I just can't understand the videos I am seeing of brands like Gucci with windows overflowing

I think it's interesting. And I think its not surprising that he wonders why a non black individual is the leader of BLM.

I wonder if he had said
"Somebody wanna tell me why a White man is in charge of BLM?

Would your reactions have been the same?

Why don't you give your opinion first, so you're not acting from a sedentary position.

Few unsavoury videos floating about on WhatsApp today of George Floyd.

Are they legit ? Was he really in the adult entertainment industry ?

    Irrelevant

Jews have historically been linked with the civil rights movement in the USA, a result of the fact that a "white" racist would have it in for them as much as they did for the afro-american community.

I think perhaps there are a few African Americans who would prefer if a fellow African American was in charge rather than a 'white' person.

'African-American' isn't the best term in this context: not all Americans with black skin have ancestry from Africa. There are Haitians for example who would readily identify as Haitian-American before African-American. Regarding matters of race, discrimination, crime statistics, etc. there isn't always delineation between one or the other (or many others - Creole has African and French and Spanish origins). That's why its becoming more common to see people talking about Black or Brown, Black Americans, Blacks, etc.

No, you stated your perception that "a few African Americans who would prefer if a fellow African American was in charge rather than a 'white' person."

    Whats your opinion?

POC more broadly refers to all non-whites, including Hispanic or Asian (maybe not Asian?), etc.

If the leader is black and Jewish grand but if not why is a white man in charge of BLM. Surely this should be a black lead movement.

Actually the politically correct term went from African American to black. Previously the acceptable term was negro. Person of colour has a wider application to all non whites. Including asians.

Even Americans got embarrassed over time at substituting African American for black for every black person in the world.

I would not deign to think that I, a White person, should have an opinion on who runs BLM. Its none of my business or my concern I'm sure you agree.

Apologies I cant keep up with constant change in PC terms, hopefully I havent offended anyone using "black" at the wrong point in time or "African-American" the next week and "POC" the week later

You're entitled to an opinion. It strikes me as very odd that you can't state it.
