Spotting car park beside Lufthansas hanger is a good spot, can fill up quick for this kinda scenario

But you can walk in from the road and given social distancing that wouldn't be a bad idea... You could also just park up on the road to the spotting carpark and watch the approach, but you won't see the landing

Cloudy here in N Tipp, might hear it though:)

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

I think it’ll be earlier than that. Before 14:00 I’d imagine if it’s over Germany.

    F24 says Unknown / Various

Sounded like a tractor? Any idea what it is, surely can't be landing into EIDW with that tail wind.

Not a regular poster so I hope it's ok to ask this. What's going on here with all the helicopters. It's about a half an hour ago.

And spot the Wing wave ... what a great gesture !

Does anyone use the camera feature to recognise flights using the AR function?

Mine is always way off when I use it. I'm using an iphone. Is there some setting to adjust it to accurately spot the plane?

Try to re-calibrate the compass on on the iPhone then restart the device. I've had problems like that and with similar star/planet apps and the helped the problem a lot.

It's never perfectly accurate though. I often wonder does the AR take viewer elevation into account when 'mapping' the sky.

BR395 TPE-SGN held for a little over four hours following VietJet's runway excursion. One presumes they were tankering.

Flight path is interesting - looks like they decided to divert to Cambodia after a few hours, then changed their minds.
