Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That take from Conway was about as good as Sexton's kick was bad!

Sexton not fit to kit it seems... kicking leg strapped up and that kick was very poor

Póite is ref'ing the breakdown as he always does though, they're should be no surprises to the players, Wales know it anyway.

True, our job is to adapt and make sure we take full advantage of his interpretation of the laws

    Way more accurate this week.
The only time Wales have relieved pressure is when Poite had given them questionable penalty decisions.

How bloody long did Poite have to wait?

Took Poite long enough to give that penalty

Jesus if he didn't call that they may walk off the field. Well done CJ

    Was CJ supporting his weight?

Great work from POM and CJ finished the job, great turnover

He was for the first min

The next 5 while we waited for Poite he wasn’t

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,997 ✭✭✭almostover

It seems CJ stander has to be on the ball for 10mins before he can get a penalty. But great work by him. Seems to be hitting a rich vein of form.

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,151 ✭✭✭✭JRant

CJ was on that ball for 5/6 seconds before the call was made. No wonder players are getting hurt at the breakdown

"Well, yeah, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"

Brilliant from Stander and Poite takes an age to call it

I reckon the TJ had to tell him to give it

Not at all. He’s learning how to play under Poite!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,416 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

Stander could've turned the ball over twice in the time it took Poite to give that. Great work.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,572 ✭✭✭✭AbusesToilets

Poite taking an age to call an obvious penalty

  • Absurd amount of time to call that turnover for CJ

Poor transfer there, giving away opportunities

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,151 ✭✭✭✭JRant

Was Ryan’s arm not played there on that line out?

Eh, how was that not a penalty against Ball for interference in the lineout? Pretty blatant on the replay.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,342 ✭✭✭Locke_Lamora

Poor from James Ryan there. Toner on please.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,997 ✭✭✭almostover

Poor transfer there, giving away opportunities

Needed to get that ball straight to chest once he caught it. Simple error. Gave Ball a chance to dislodge it.

No, Welsh jumper played the ball which he's entitled to do, didn't knock Ryan's arm but got direct contact on the ball

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,612 ✭✭✭eigrod

    Lovely kick Johnny

Poite taking an age to call an obvious penalty

And that's how the back row get injured the whole time. Leaving lads vulnerable for an age

Poor transfer there, giving away opportunities

Ball got his hand in there and knocked it outta Ryan's hand

We’ve been so wasteful. Should be out of sight

Good darts so far just not making the most of the opportunities

Ryan needs to tighten his game up, he's making it too damn easy for Poite to penalise him

He has to go back for the forward pass. Has to.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,140 ✭✭✭fitz

    After he caught it?

Yeah, looked like Ball made contact with his arm as they came down.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,229 ✭✭✭A-Train

Ireland with so many unforced errors

    Crooked Lineout.

He took a step to his side first

    Forward pass ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,652 ✭✭✭beggars_bush

    Two forward passes there

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,140 ✭✭✭fitz

    Surely that's forward.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,722 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Pass from Jones might have been forward but that was great from Wales in fairness....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,656 ✭✭✭DJIMI TRARORE

FFS, 1 attack and they are ahead

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,543 ✭✭✭dublinman1990

    Ah ffs Biggar.

Sexton is right - it's the pass before the offload that was forward.
