Twice playing the ball on the ground right in front of Poite and he does nothin.

How does the AR miss it too??

    Interesting game so far.

Tipuric playing it on the ground there surely

    Nice passing at least.

    Fairly obvious side entry there.

Furlongs clearout would have negated it anyway

That’s a generous penalty to the welsh

    Healy in trouble

    Henshaw has started well

Look like another free for all at break down

Wales didn't come through the gate at all there for that poach

It’s happening at all breakdown and been ignored

This looks nothing like a test match so far. Poor discipline at the breakdown and in the ruck, aimless kicking and passing from both teams wayward.

It always is with Romain in the middle

No release there and yet penalty Wales. Poite getting some really obvious stuff wrong here and no assistance from his touch judges.

Knee was down there long before the ball was poached

Scrappy is the legally protected term for this game.

All a lot of unforced errors by Ireland

Only solution to that is to play the ref. POM & JVDF need to get down and dirty and match Wales at the breakdown.

Yup, ridiculous error for an official to be making at this level.

Fair to say Poite is not on our side.

Ah come on Romain, you can’t only ref one team at that.

    Conway was the tackler?

He's not on anyone's side but he's letting down the fixture here.

Maybe I'm biased but was the tackle not made ffs, Murray second in

    Murray was the "assist tackler"

Ah Poite the usual jokeshop at the breakdown I see

Miles forward, right in front of Poite. WTF is he at.

I don't want to start carping about the ref this early but jaysus

Looked like tackle was complete before Murray came in...but sure the refs are making it up as they go these days in rugby

Like last week, the ARs are not giving any help here. Tupiric plays the ball on the ground twice with the AR 5 meters away and doesn’t call it.
