Looking at the final tonight, it's difficult to call a winner. Bookies have Williams as the favourite.

Warren has been steady enough throughout the tournament averaging in the low 90's in every round.

Williams has been inconsistent, but I think he's more capable of raising his game. If he plays well, he wins I reckon, but it's a big 'if'.

Prediction: 7-5 Warren.

He's a good player for his age but could be headed for one almighty fall. Like that 13 year Ajax wonderkid back in the mid 90s.

There's bound to be good players on the youth circuit a la Barry and also players his own age will develop over time. Some who even now might not have held a dart in their hand.

Its not like MVG who was out on his own at 17 within a much smaller youth field.

Even in recent times the BDO Youth Champions like Roefels and Van Tergouw have gone missing. Bennett could soon join them.

Quite noticable the crowd isn't as rowdy tonight. No stand up if you love the darts PDC chanting types.

There's also a lot less people there. Not as many free tickets handed out.

In fairness the crowd at the PDC final was excellent, it's the earlier rounds that are full of fools.

Very good standard so far but some sloppy darts from Warren.

Good game so far.

This is one thing I love about the BDO, 20 minute break in the final and showing the players backstage drinking pints, quality stuff.
