After 4 shops I am finally loo rollside. Not panic bought or stockpiled, it was just required. People are going mad buying stuff.

Sorry you won't be posting here again, Guy.

So you finally got the loo roll :D

Wondering how cleo is doing, haven't noticed a reincarnation, she has an identifiable style.

At home in my home office trying to get some work done. The college hasn’t been completely clear on how we can deliver lectures to the students online so things are pretty much up in the air at the moment.

I was down to only 1 bog roll this morning so I went out to my local Centra to get a 4 pack. There were only the jumbo 24 packs of Kittensoft available to I took one home and I think I got dirty looks from a couple of other passengers on the bus. :pac:

Stay well and stay safe Wherers. :)

Homeside, still sick but improving somewhat. College is off for the next 2 weeks so that’ll be a good chance to work on essays that are due :)

Also thinking of Shpud today, still shocks me to think about. RIP x

Homeside for days - deskside with work and just back in from the garden. It's a beautiful day out there, I thought I felt a tiny bit of heat too. Hope all the Wherer's are holding up well if isolating.

In the pub near my house drinking a pint through a straw.
I’ve been saying for years drinking through a straw was the only job and people would slag me for it, my dad in particular would be horrified. Nobody is judging today.

Having a coffee thinking how some people don't pay heed to the advice and guidelines given , to protect themselves and others regarding the CV .

Also , glitched out again .

Airport bound heading home for a few days.

Clicked on the aviation thread from my phone and got directed to pages from 12 years ago. First time that I have seen your dreaded glitch.

You are so right Mam. I almost feel guilty making a trip yesterday from London. Constantly scrubbing hands, wearing surgical gloves and hand sanitizing all the way over. But it was a family mission! I hit the pub/restaurant thing on the head two weeks ago and that was on the advice of the company. Certainly won't be hitting a pub here. Gonna be beer stock and cooking up great grub from the freezer.:D

Closed up the work laptop so weekend can begin, a bit of social distancing on the cards. Still feels a bit weird, even though I regularly spend weekends alone.
Throat feeling a bit scratchy and am a bit achey so mind going in to overdrive thinking all sorts!
Haven’t had time to keep up with the c19 thread, gin kills it right? :pac:

Back from the shop, sadly most of what I wanted wasn't there. Think this is the first time I ever seen the effects of panic buying. Anyways I was happy enough with the few cases of Corona Desperados, heh.

    Watching Paddington bear cartoon.

Not sure who's enjoying it the most, the 2yo or the dad. Both cracking up :)

I brought this paste home with me. You can get the Chinese one in Tesco, but the Madras one is great. I haven't seen it here. My flatmate makes a great curry with it, including a veggie version. Gonna try it tomorrow with big chicken pieces and basmati rice.

The lads at work forced me to wear a mask today, too much coughing & spluttering!
It was fair enough I suppose..... Not so comfortable though.....
Went to 2 supermarkets on the way home to buy food...... Not so much food..... Plenty of wine though :)

Going to a Tesco yesterday for a packet of frozen beans and a head of lettuce ... did a quick about-turn to avoid jam to carpark and another jam for those leaving.

    Crazy stuff

    Welcome back G. :)

Onboard an A320 heading home, the advantage of my job is that I just got driven to the side of the aircraft, delivered my case to baggage guys as it hasn’t a destination tag, then walked up the airbridge and straight into the aircraft, I then conducted a lovely routine of wiping down the whole seat with Dettol wipes. The reverse will happen at the other end, so I don’t have to go through either airport terminal building.

That’s as safe as I can make myself.

You should do an announcement when next working Smurf

"This is your captain speaking, as per guidance I am working from home today"
